Our GenAI-based predictive analytics identify personalized cross-sell capabilities, driving better client experiences, higher close rates, and larger deal sizes while reducing operational costs.
Position Overview
Oversee client onboarding and integrations, working closely with business, product, and development teams. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure smooth cloud and on-prem implementations while leveraging high- level knowledge of Docker, APIs, and integrations. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely and seamless integration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Configure and troubleshoot cloud and on-prem deployments
- Provide high-level guidance on Docker, APIs, and system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage project timelines
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem systems
- Understanding of APIs and integration methodologies
- Demonstrated success in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable technical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
