About INSAIT: Insait develops a GenAI-based digital agent for customer processes in service, sales, and marketing for financial entities. The platform automatically handles onboarding, KYC, and operational processes from the website, converting them into a conversational experience with minimal organizational resources. Our GenAI-based predictive analytics identify personalized cross-sell capabilities, driving better client experiences, higher close rates, and larger deal sizes while reducing operational costs.

Position Overview

Oversee client onboarding and integrations, working closely with business, product, and development teams. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure smooth cloud and on-prem implementations while leveraging high- level knowledge of Docker, APIs, and integrations. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and manage projects from start to finish.
