Position Overview
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing HR, finance, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
This role includes managing financial and operational processes, supervising hiring processes and ensuring the employees well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance: Oversee financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with external accounting partners.
- Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, office coordination, and company-wide meetings.
- Talent Acquisition & HR Processes: Lead recruitment, hiring, and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Employee Welfare & Well-Being: Manage employee benefits and resources, ensuring a supportive work environment that promotes satisfaction and overall well-being.
- Operations: Oversee business operations, maintain internal processes, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requierements
- Proven 1 year experience in HR, or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Professional/native-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Advantage: Understanding of financial processes and expense management.
